The Department of Food Microbiology and Hygiene of the Institute of Food Science and Biotechnology at the University of Hohenheim is seeking to fill the position of a research assistant with the aim of obtaining a doctorate from 01.05.2022 onwards. Remuneration is according to EG 13 TV-L (65%). The position is initially limited to 2.5 years.
In the Department of Food Microbiology and Hygiene of the Institute of Food Science and Biotechnology, a Master's thesis is available from April 2022 with the topic "Isolation and characterisation of lactic acid bacteria from stool samples with regard to their proteolytic activity".
